Eligibility

Open to anyone aged 18 and above, regardless of nationality. Both professional photographers and amateur enthusiasts are welcome. Employees of Black and White Photo Awards, associated companies, and prize sponsors are not eligible.

€15 per category (allows submission of up to 5 photos per category)

Core Introduction

The Black and White Photo Awards is a global international black and white photography competition designed to discover and celebrate outstanding black and white photographers worldwide. The 2026 edition features 6 categories with total prizes exceeding €5,500. All entries must be black and white photographs; both film and digital images are accepted. Entries are judged by a panel of 5 leading professionals using a blind evaluation process. Winning photographs will be displayed on the official website and featured in the annual catalog.
