Description:

The Chelsea International Fine Art Competition (CIFAC) is one of New York's longest-running international fine art competitions, organized by New York Art Competitions (NYAC) / The New York Fine Arts Group, now in its 41st edition. NYAC was founded in 1984 by the late artist Miki Stiles, who opened Agora Gallery to break into the New York art market, and has since been providing artists with competition opportunities to advance their careers and promote their work to wider audiences. The 41st edition is open to visual artists worldwide across all career stages, accepting cross-disciplinary works in painting, sculpture, photography, drawing, mixed media, and print. There is no time restriction on when the work was created; the only requirement is that the work must be available for exhibition during the competition dates and available for sale. The jury comprises senior experts from diverse fields within the art world, ensuring a fair and balanced selection process. With a total prize fund exceeding $70,000, awarded works will be physically exhibited in Chelsea, New York, providing artists with valuable international exposure.
