Participants are invited to design a Tiny House for 2 people that provides comfortable living accommodation. The design and concept should be innovative, creative, and sustainable, exploring how compact spaces can support modern living in creative and meaningful ways. Design proposals can be mobile (towed by a vehicle), stationary, portable, floating on water, suspended mid-air, modular, or adaptable to changing lifestyles and environments. Participants are encouraged to develop innovative concepts that respond to both the users and the surrounding context. Slogan: "Less House, More Home!"
Eligibility
Open to all. Open globally, participation is on a team basis.
Entry Fee
Early Bird Registration (June 19 – August 21, 2026):
- Participants from India: INR 2,700 + 18% GST (total INR 3,186 per team)
- Participants from other countries: USD 70 + 18% GST (total USD 82.6 per team)
Standard Registration (August 22 – October 15, 2026): - Participants from India: INR 3,200 + 18% GST (total INR 3,776 per team)
- Participants from other countries: USD 90 + 18% GST (total USD 106.2 per team)
- 1st Prize (1 winner): $2,500 + Certificate of Achievement + Publication
- 2nd Prize (1 winner): $1,500 + Certificate of Achievement + Publication
- 3rd Prize (1 winner): $1,000 + Certificate of Achievement + Publication
- Honorable Mentions (10): Certificates
- All participants receive a participation certificate
- Winners and Honorable Mentions will be published on the Volume Zero website and several international architecture and design magazines
