Open to any individual or collective of any age and nationality, with the following requirements:
- Book published between October 2024 and October 2025
- At least 10 copies printed
- Available for sale online or in bookstores 1 Book mock-ups or prototypes are not accepted

Core Introduction
The Henri Cartier-Bresson Self-Published PhotoBook Award 2025 is the foundation's first annual award supporting artists who produce and distribute books independently outside traditional publishing networks . Continuing Henri Cartier-Bresson's emphasis on photobooks as art forms, the winner is selected by a jury of five professionals from photography and publishing fields . The winner will be chosen in December 2025, with celebration events scheduled for January 23-26, 2026 .
