Since 2013, the international Green Product Award and the Green Concept Award have been recognising outstanding sustainable products, services and forward-looking concepts. Awards, seals and certificates are granted based on transparent criteria and independent expert evaluation by a panel of experts, providing credible recognition and strengthening a company's positioning with customers in Germany and on international markets. The 2027 cycle introduces a clear certification structure where all submissions are checked, reviewed by the international expert jury and assessed against published criteria. Projects that qualify are recognised as Finalists or Winners and receive defined communication assets, seals and certificates. The competition covers 14 categories and receives submissions from over 50 countries every year.
