  • Core Introduction: The Quiet Tower asks participants to rethink the observation tower as a calm vertical experience rather than an iconic landmark. Set within Latvia’s remote Baltic coastline, the competition seeks sensitive architectural proposals that create atmosphere, emotional connection, and a quiet relationship with forest, dunes, weather, sea, and horizon.
