Core Introduction

The Print Center 101st ANNUAL International Competition is one of the oldest and most prestigious art competitions in the United States, open to local, national and international artists. This year's jurors are Pepe Coronado (Director and Master Printer, Coronado printstudio, Austin, TX) and Shana Lopes (Assistant Curator of Photography, San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, CA). The Print Center is particularly interested in highlighting the use of photography and/or printmaking in new and intriguing ways, including in content, form and process. The Jurors will select 25 Semifinalists and 10 Finalists, who are eligible for a wide variety of exhibition, museum acquisition, cash and material prizes. Solo Exhibitions will be held January – March 2027; online portfolios launch March 2027.
