The 23rd edition is held in collaboration with Banca Prealpi San Biagio Credito Cooperativo, with the theme "Relationships," inviting beginner comic authors worldwide to create a comic story based on this theme. The contest is explicitly open to creators who have not yet been published by commercial publishers, providing a platform for comic school students, fanzine contributors, and self-published creators. The award ceremony will take place on September 27, 2026, during the Carlo Boscarato Award ceremony, celebrating the winners within the vibrant atmosphere of the Treviso Comic Book Festival.
