Core Introduction
This international architecture competition aims to transform the colloquially known central "hole" in the heart of Burgas into a vibrant hub for art, culture, and community . Participants are required to propose zones, spaces, and buildings within a green park environment that reflect the unique spirit of Burgas and create adaptable, inclusive places contributing to the expansion of the city center's cultural and social potential . The competition area, located between San Stefano Boulevard and Baba Ganka Square, is an iconic urban space that will be revitalized through innovative and contemporary approaches .
