Core Introduction
Circulation(s), the Festival of Young European Photography, has been promoting a modern, inclusive vision of photography for over 16 years. Held annually at Centquatre-Paris and satellite venues across Europe, it is a key platform for discovering emerging photographic talent and has become a landmark event for young European photography. The 17th edition will take place in Spring 2027 at Centquatre-Paris, with tours and off-site events extending across France and Europe. The artistic direction is overseen by the Fetart collective — 7 independent women curators specializing in emerging photography. Applications are assessed based on aesthetic quality and the relevance of the artistic purpose.
