Core Introduction
The 2026 Aluminum Extrusion Student Design Competition aims to inspire the next generation of designers to explore how aluminum extrusion can shape a better, more sustainable world and continuously improve people's quality of life. The competition encourages students to think beyond conventional wisdom and propose innovative and resource-efficient applications of aluminum extrusion. Entries will be judged by a panel of aluminum extrusion industry professionals based on the competition criteria. To increase their chances of winning, participants are encouraged to visit the AEC website for information on aluminum extrusion, download educational materials, watch design webinars, and ensure their designs adhere to requirements such as the 10-inch circular size limit before beginning their projects.
