Competition Category

• Designs focusing on CMF (Color, Material, Finish, Pattern)
• Entries should demonstrate innovation in aspects such as color, materials, molding processes, surface treatments, patterns, and sensory experiences

Eligibility

• Open to OEMs, manufacturers, suppliers, and designers from around the world .
• The submitted product must have been on the market for no more than 3 years .
• The product must be mass-producible .

Entry Fee

Free Registration (Until May 30, 2025), Half-Price Early Bird Registration (Until July 31, 2025), Regular Registration (August 1, 2025 – September 19, 2025) with a fee of 800 CNY; (Previous winners of the International CMF Design Award are eligible for a 10% discount on the registration fee, i.e., 720 CNY.)

• Invitation to the awards ceremony .
• Winning works will be featured in offline exhibitions, housed in the International CMF Design Award Exhibition Hall, and included in national tours .
• Online showcase on the official website and WeChat account .
• Authorization to use the official International CMF Design Award logo .

Core Introduction

The International CMF Design Award is the first specialized award focusing on CMF (Color, Material, Finish, Pattern), aiming to promote awareness and attention to CMF design and to reflect on its innovative, social, humanistic, and commercial value . The award is judged by experts from global design, industry, and research institutions based on six criteria: innovation, aesthetics, functionality, feasibility, environmental friendliness, and emotional connection .
